The email marketing directory built by someone who actually uses this stuff.
BulkEmailr is an independent directory and comparison platform for email marketing software. We index, test, and compare 217+ tools across 59+ categories, from bulk senders and newsletter platforms to cold email infrastructure and transactional APIs.

I started building websites professionally in 2006 and have been doing email marketing across dozens of client projects since 2012. I've set up email programs on everything from simple landing pages to Shopify stores to SaaS products with complex event-triggered flows. BulkEmailr started because I got tired of review sites that were obviously written by people who had never opened an email dashboard in their life.
Over the years, I've set up, configured, and integrated almost every major email service provider. I've built and managed email programs using Mailchimp, MailerLite, Klaviyo, Loops, Buttondown, and Shopify Email. I've wired them into online stores built on Shopify and WooCommerce, corporate sites running WordPress, landing pages on Carrd, standard static HTML/CSS sites, and custom SaaS platforms built with Next.js.
Every project has different requirements. An eCommerce store needs Klaviyo's deep segmentations, a modern SaaS application needs Loops or Buttondown's developer-first APIs, and a small business might just want MailerLite's clean visual builder.
Unfortunately, most comparison articles on Google are generic affiliate listicles written by copywriters who have never sent a bulk newsletter or opened a deliverability dashboard. They rank the same eight tools in slightly different orders and copy-paste specifications directly from official marketing pages.
I built BulkEmailr to solve this. It is an honest, structured directory designed to help you compare actual plan limits, developer APIs, and real trade-offs without hunting through dozens of different tabs.
“Having integrated these systems into dozens of SaaS apps, eCommerce stores, and websites, I know how frustrating it is to pick the wrong tool. If I can save you that headache, this directory is worth building.”
The directory spans every part of the email marketing ecosystem, not just the obvious bulk senders.
Full-service platforms like MailerLite, Brevo, ActiveCampaign
Sequencers and deliverability tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist
Workflow builders and behavioral trigger systems
Warmup, testing, and reputation tools like Folderly, Mailreach
Developer-focused infrastructure: SendGrid, Postmark, Resend
Shopify-native tools: Klaviyo, Omnisend, Privy
Creator-focused publishing: Beehiiv, Ghost, Substack
Preview, spam check, and deliverability audits
Four things we commit to on every tool page and comparison we write.
I don't pretend to have used every single tool in this directory (no one has). But I have used a lot of them on client projects and my own projects over the years, and I'm still learning. If I haven't used a tool, I combine test accounts with thorough research of official documentation and user feedback.
We disclose affiliate relationships clearly on every page. A commission does not change the rating or ranking of a tool.
Pricing, plan limits, and deliverability stats are verified directly from official pricing pages, not recycled from other review sites.
Every tool has weaknesses. We call them out plainly instead of burying them in five-star summaries.
Some links on BulkEmailr are affiliate links. If you click through and purchase a tool, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This helps keep the directory free to use. Affiliate relationships do not influence tool rankings, ratings, or how we write reviews. We clearly label affiliate links on all tool pages. We will never recommend a tool we wouldn't use ourselves.
